Baked Bone In Pork Chops Recipe 

The best dinner to prepare on a weeknight is baked pork chops with the bone in. When cooked, the pork chops become soft and have an incredible flavor. Only a quarter of an hour is required to prepare dinner.  

Ingredient

– 4 bone-in pork chops ¾ to 1 inch thick – ▢2 tablespoons olive oil – ▢1 teaspoon salt – ▢1/2 teaspoon black pepper – ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder – ▢1 teaspoon onion powder – ▢1 teaspoon smoked paprika – ▢1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves – ▢1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leave

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F. Parchment a baking sheet. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl.

Apply olive oil to both sides of each pork chop. Sprinkle the spice mixture on both sides of each pork chop and rub it in gently to adhere.  

Step 3

Season pork chops and place on baking sheet. Bake pork chops in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until thickest section reaches 145°F internal temperature.

Step 4

Remove pork chops from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
