The slow cooker should be filled with all of the ingredients, with the exception of the cornstarch, water, and biscuits.

Cook on low heat for a period of eight hours. Cornstarch and water should be mixed together in a small basin one hour before the cooking process begins.

Add to the slow cooker and stir to thicken the sauce further.
