Crock pot Beef Pot Pie Recipe 

Crock pot beef pot pie recipe: a twist on the classic. Beef is a pleasant twist and flavors the veggies well.  

Ingredient

– 2 pounds stew meat – ▢16 oz Mixed vegetables frozen – ▢1 cup Celery chopped – ▢1/2 Onion Diced – ▢1/2 tsp salt – ▢1/4 tsp pepper – ▢2 tsp minced garlic – ▢1 tsp dried thyme – ▢1 bay leaf – ▢3-4 potatoes peeled and diced – ▢3 cups beef broth – ▢1 tbsp Cornstarch – ▢1 tbsp Water – ▢1 Biscuits canned 16.3 ozoptional

Step 1

The slow cooker should be filled with all of the ingredients, with the exception of the cornstarch, water, and biscuits.  

Instruction

Step 2

Cook on low heat for a period of eight hours. Cornstarch and water should be mixed together in a small basin one hour before the cooking process begins.  

Step 3

Add to the slow cooker and stir to thicken the sauce further.  

Step 4

Follow the directions on the package to prepare the biscuits, and then serve them on top of each bowl.
