Strawberry Crunch Bars Recipe

Try this strawberry crunch bar recipe while strawberries are on sale. Delicious and excellent summer dessert.  

Ingredient

– 15 oz Sugar Cookie – ▢1/2 cup Sugar – ▢6 tbsp melted Butter – ▢8 oz softened Cream Cheese – ▢1 cup Heavy Cream – ▢1 lb Strawberrie

Step 1

Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 325. Process 10 oz sugar cookies. Pulse in 6 tablespoons melted butter.

Press mixture into pan bottom. Bake 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Wash, hull, slice strawberries.  

Step 3

Sweeten heavy cream and whip till peaks form. Add softened cream cheese and combine. Mix in strawberry slices. Cover cooled crust with mixture.  

Step 4

Crush remaining sugar cookies in blender and sprinkle on pan. Keep covered in freezer. Remove from freezer 15–30 minutes before serving.
